Gratitude for Your Bounties with Urdu Translation

O Allah! Grant me now eyes weeping tears of gratitude for your bounties.
Grant me the yearning, every moment to be merged in love for you.

الہٰی شکرِ نعمت کے لیے اب چشم گریان دے
فنائے عشق ہوجاوَ یہی ہر لحظ ارمان دے

May my obedience and my ibādat be with flowing tears,
May I have lobe with tears overflowing, grant me a faith such as this.

اِطاعت آنسووَں سے ہو عبادت آنسووَں سے ہو
محبت آنسووَں سے ہو مجھے اک ایسا ایمان دے

Giryah-ū zāri has in the past always energized and refreshed me, O Allah!
Grant me giryah-ū zāri, the tested remedy for all my ailments.

مجھے یہ گریہ وزاری ہمیشہ تازہ رکھتی تھی
خدایا میری عِلّت کی یہ ہے کُہنہ درمان دے

Friends, all of them implore in their supplications,
O Allah! By Your grace, grant them the treasures of the Qur’an.

مناجاتوں میں سب احباب اکثر گِڈگِداتے ہیں
تُو اپنے فضل سے ان کو الہٰی گنجِ قرآن دے

There are but pearls in Your holy Qur’an.
O Allah! From this ocean of mercy, grant us precious corals and pearls.

ترے قرآنِ اقدس میں جواہر ہی جواہر ہیں
اِسی دریائے رحمت سے خدایا دُرّومرجان دے

Ali^(c) is the speaking Qur’an, Ali^(c) is the door to wisdom,
Through this (gracious) guidance, grant us the light of recognition.

علی قرآن ناطق ہے علیؑ ہی بابِ حکمت ہے
اسی کی رہنمائی سے دلوں کو نورِعرفان دے

The Imam and hujjat-I qaim is sultan and the beloved,
O lord! Grant Nasiruddin forever, union with the beloved.

امام و حُّجتِ قائم کہ سُلطان بھی ہے جانان بھی
نصیرالدّین کو یاربّ ہمیشہ وصلِ جانان دے
